RETURN POLICY:

All sales are FINAL. There will be no refunds under any circumstances. Exchanges are at the full discretion of owner and will only be considered if request is made within 3 days of delivery. Customer must notify owner of exchange before returning merchandise at info@SincerelyDesirae.comMerchandise must be in resaleable condition with appropriate tags still attached. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping cost. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange.

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders can take up to 3-4 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on Monday morning, unless it is a holiday. Please allow 3-7 business days AFTER processing for your order to be received based on your location. Upon shipping, you will be notified by e-mail with tracking information.  We do not offer overnight shipping at this time to protect our business and our customers.
